- Collaborate throughout the project Delays in providing materials may impact project delivery.

5. Ownership of Work

We retain full rights over any content produced until payment is completed in full. Once paid:

- Full ownership is transferred to the client

- We reserve the right to display work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise

6. Confidentiality

Any sensitive business or brand information shared with us is treated as confidential. Both parties may agree to a formal NDA for further protection.

7. Payment Terms

- A deposit is required before services begin

- Payment terms will be outlined in your client proposal

- Late payments may incur interest or a pause in services

Note: As of the effective date, services are arranged via direct contact and not processed through the website.

8. Results & Limitations

While we always aim to deliver strong outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific business results (sales, reach, followers, etc.).

Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as outlined in the client proposal. Work completed up to the termination date remains billable. Refunds may apply only to uncompleted work, minus any non-refundable deposits.

10. Consultations & Contact

Free consultations are offered subject to availability. These may be withdrawn or converted into paid services at any time without prior notice. All bookings must be confirmed via message or call.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not use this site:
